What can a VIP person do? A VIP person can do these things:

• He will have a discount on some things (from the server shop) 
• He will know the server plans/season stories in advance
• He will get access to some "forbidden" locations 
• He will get 30 free OP minutes at any time he choses
• First choice when choosing: AT, someone special in the event, professions
• He is allowed to promote his shop on the dynmap (only as long as he is a VIP)
• He will have a (voluntary) tour of things on the server (choice from: Spawn things, Secret things, Maps, Server history, etc.)
• He will know how to pass "tests" 
• He will be taught how to do 3 things he didn't know (example: how to make a stylish gas chamber)
• He will also have a "box" on the spawn (in the casino) 
• Access to OP weapons (cannot be used when fighting for things, against bosses, can use only when he wants to have fun, you know what I mean)
• He will not be banned by /fly, which he will have access to
• Protection against the purge

There is still something else to think about, so far only this, yeah and a role, but that's just cosmetics, unnecessary crap 

Everything is paid every month, so for example free op for 30 minutes every month
